Brian graduated with an undergraduate degree from Minot State University where he was very active on campus. He played football and ran track for the Beavers, he also served two years as Vice President for Minot State’s Student Association. Brian earned his Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Kansas.

Upon graduation, Brian worked a few different jobs including research, and a very successful software company in the Kansas City area. He then moved home to North Dakota to work in the oilfield where he worked in the roles of US Operations Manager/Business Development for about 8 years. In between oilfield roles, Brian was an insurance agent for Allstate in Dickinson for two years.

Brian enjoys coaching his two kids’ sports, spending time with family and friends, exercising, and spending time outdoors. He absolutely loves spending time with his kids and watching them grow and learn! Brian also loves sports, so watches or attends any sporting event he can; he loves to cheer on the Beavers or Jayhawks!

Brian serves on the Dickinson Mustang Baseball Board and the Dickinson Youth Football League Board. Brian also coaches youth football, baseball, and fastpitch softball. He loves working with clients and getting to know people! He really enjoys interacting and socializing with people in efforts to understand their insurance needs and what we can do to ensure they are properly insured. Brian is very excited to be a part of the Western Agency team and hopes to grow with the company as well as the community!

Jennifer has been a part of the Western Agency team for the past decade. She works in the Dickinson office and loves collaborating with both her co-workers and her clients. Jennifer is quite the animal lover!

Her fur-family currently includes her Dalmatian, Xam; her horse, Jiggs; and her two crazy Llamas, Spot and Dottie. Jennifer dedicates her Sundays to watching the Cowboys and enjoys hiking, riding horses and relaxing.
