She and her husband, Rob, have 2 adult children and love being grandparents to 2 boys. When she is not in the office, Stacy enjoys spending time at the lake and boating with friends. Stacy is also involved as Co-Chair for the Mina Lake Casino Night and Poker Run.

Matt Britsch is an Associate Account Manager at Western Agency, having joined in January 2025. He brings a diverse background, with experience as a customer service agent, accounting intern, and pizza restaurant manager. Matt is passionate about helping others, which he enjoys most in his current role.
Outside of work, Matt is active in his community and church, and enjoys leatherworking in his spare time. A fun fact: he’s a two-time nationally and one-time internationally recognized choral singer.
