Nicole joined the Western Agency team in August 2009. Over the past eleven years, she has become a leader for our sales team and has received several Top Producer and Goal Achiever awards. She’s proud to watch the Britton sales team grow and serve the surrounding community. Nicole has found it rewarding to teach people about the insurance industry and help them provide a legacy for their family.
Nicole and her husband fully understand the need for a comprehensive insurance plan as they farm and ranch as well. Outside of looking after her three children, Nicole enjoys baking, spending time outdoors and looking after her animals.

Robyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Dakota State University. Since then, she returned to the local area and began working with us here at Western Agency. Robyn has been a part of the team for over a decade, working as a support staff member and organizing company-wide training. Western Agency allows her to expand on her passions as she dedicates her days to solving problems and helping others.
In her free time, Robyn, her husband, and their four children live on their family farm. Her family is frequently found wearing red and white at a handful of school sporting events and activities. Robyn is also a member of her church council’s education committee and she volunteers for many roles, including as a Sunday school teacher.

Stephanie has found a home at Western Agency after working a variety of roles over the course of her professional life. She has found that her ability to multitask in a fast paced environment has led to one of the most rewarding aspects of her position: meeting her goals and upholding the standards set by Western Agency. She appreciates the agency’s dedication to ensuring that their employees and clients alike have everything they need to succeed.
In her spare time, Stephanie lives a vibrant life with her husband and two adult daughters. After years of managing a busy schedule, she finds the most joy in the simple things: live music, spending time with her loved ones, and exploring new places. Stephanie’s family also organizes an annual soup and sandwich dinner. The event is sponsored by an employee committee within the community and proceeds are donated to a variety of charities each year.

Morgan joins the Britton team with a background in human service, so her passion for serving others will be a great asset to the agency.
Morgan enjoys being active and walking her Golden Retriever to the lake for a swim. She enjoys supporting her siblings in their endeavors and spending time with her whole family.
