At Western Agency, we believe it’s just as important for us to contribute to the communities where we work and do business as it is to sell the right policies to our individual clients.
For us, that means giving back and investing in valuable resources. We believe investments in youth, education, and community programs present some of our greatest opportunities, both as a company and as individuals.
OUR COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
Over the years, Western Agency has provided nearly $2 million in the form of collegiate scholarships, sponsorships and community event support to area communities and towns.
From educators and engineers to family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and accountants, individuals who’ve benefitted from these contributions have grown from promising young students to valuable professionals, many of whom now work and live in the Dakotas.

Through its commercial insurance growth, we earned the opportunity, through our carrier partners, to donate to local fire departments.
As part of its community relations efforts, Secura, an A.M. Best-rated (excellent) carrier for its ability to pay claims and meet policyholder obligations, awarded Western Agency $1,500.
One $750 donation was awarded to the Garrison Rural Fire Department.
Another $750 donation was awarded to the Glenburn Fire Department.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and we work to help others celebrate it.
Every team member gets involved to spread the goodness of the season through food drives, gift donations, or volunteering at food pantries and ringing the bell in our communities.
The highlight of our year is helping others in the holiday season and our commitment to sharing joy will continue.
